Who can apply to YÖS? | How to apply for YÖS exam?

What are the YÖS Application Requirements?

Who can apply for YÖS Exam?  

a) Provided that they are in the last year of high school or are graduating;

1) Foreign nationals,

2) Those who are a Turkish citizen by birth and who have been granted permission to leave Turkish citizenship from the Ministry of Interior and their minors’ children who are registered in the Turkish citizenship certificate, have documented the use of the rights granted to them under the Turkish Citizenship Law.
